The Synergy Learning System®

The methodology behind the Logilent Synergy Learning System (SLS) is a personalized learning model tailored meet user's unique learning style, skill set, and time commitment. Users are provided pre- and post-assessment tests that build lesson plans with a variety of multi-sensory tools that optimize the training process.

Key Features of the SLS

Performance-Based Assessment - At the beginning of each lesson, users are encouraged to take a test to determine their knowledge of course material at an objective level. Tests are taken again as a post-assessment of the knowledge gained during the training.

Skills Catalog - A user's progress is tracked in an dynamic skills inventory. As "passed" objectives from the assessment tests are added to the Skills Catalog, "Not Passed" objectives remain in a Personalized Lesson Plan. This closed-loop system continues until every objective in a Lesson is mastered.

Personalized Lesson Plan - Numerous objectives and multi-sensory learning tools (see below) provide users with a comprehensive and engaging training experience.
